Tina Krasnecky Vice president finance and human resources, Old Sturbridge Village, in Sturbridge Residence: Sturbridge Education: Bachelor's degree in finance from Bentley College; MBA from Clark University What are the keys to success for women in the workplace? Be honest with yourself about your goals, professional and personal. Understand they will change over time; however, do not stay in a job that does not move you toward both goals. What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome? A joint venture with a Japanese company had me struggling with language and cultural barriers. Self-confidence in my technical abilities and strong communication skills helped establish my credibility, which was key to overcoming these obstacles. Who inspires you? People passionate about their work inspire me. From high-tech entrepreneurs to my museum colleagues, they are all passionate about their work and their mission. This inspires me to do my best. 2022 WINNER
