Portland Water District hired Seth Garrison as general manager. Garrison was previ- ously a management consultant in the water and wastewa- ter sector. Healthy Communities of the Capital Area in Gardiner hired Courtney Whitney as SNAP-Ed nutrition educator and Shelley Lewton as communications and events coordinator. Dirigo Labs, a startup accelerator in Waterville, hired Jeremy Barron as entrepreneur-in-residence. Barron was previously cofounder and chief customer officer at 3Play Media.
