In the last six years, she has helped lead the integration of two new schools — e American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the School for Continuing Education -- and implemented nine new academic programs to the three existing schools. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far? What have been your major accomplishments in the last year? One of my biggest professional accomplishments was leading the transition of our main campus students, faculty, and associates to remote learning at the start of the pandemic. In her role, she leads a division of more than 90 staff members and sets the strategic direction for delivery of products and services aimed at helping biopharmaceutical companies optimize the measurement of brain health with eClinical technologies and customized service solutions. Jopling's 20-year career has been in healthcare, mainly in clinical research with a focus on technology and operations. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far? What have been your major accomplishments in the last year? I am proud to be a founding Steering Committee member of the CT chapter of Women in Bio, a national non-profit committed to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship for all women in the life sciences. From a Cogstate perspective, I'm proud to have led the transformation of our operations to an agile operating model courses. ese incredible educators didn't miss a beat! In the last year, I have led the collaborative development and rollout of a new Academic Affairs strategy focused on a culture of academic integrity, new program expansion, and next gen delivery of courses and student experiences. What are your keys to maintaining business success? I believe the foundation of effective leadership and business success lies in communicating oen and transparently, demonstrating respect to your team and colleagues, and behaving like a lifelong learner (not a knower). With these key factors in place, anything is possible. Fun Fact: Tell us something we might not know about you. My happy place is 60' below the surface in clear Caribbean waters, diving with my husband! aimed at improving our ability to adapt to the changing needs of our business. I am also honored to be a part of the leadership team that led our organization to record growth while staff and customer satisfaction are at record highs. What are your keys to maintaining business success? Put your people first and focus on building and developing high performing teams with a culture of trust and integrity. I am a believer that if you take care of your people, they will do the right thing for your customers. Fun Fact: Tell us something most people don't know about you. I once spent a week living in a tent doing wildlife research in Patagonia, Chile!
