Audacious goal: I want to bring back the Sunday family dinner tradition through my busi- ness. Growing up, we had Sunday dinners with the whole family. As the years pass, between busy sched- ules and electronics, this tradition is fading. I want people to come to my establishment and remember how important family dinners truly are.
