He has nearly 30 years of experience providing audit and assurance services to tier one aerospace/defense, auto- motive, food manufacturing, sani- tation/recycling, construction, and logistics companies. Most recently, Rossi, who was a 2007 HBJ 40 Under Forty honoree, served as office managing partner of CohnReznik's Hartford office. Financial services and commercial real estate attorney Dinora Lopez has joined the West Hartford office of law firm Gfeller Laurie LLP as a senior associate. Lopez concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial finance, leasing, business forma- tion, business transactions and corporate governance. Lopez is president-elect of the Connecticut chapter board of direc- tors of CREW CT and a member of the Real Estate Finance Association. She was formerly with law firm Ford & Paulekas LLP in Hartford. C. Scott Schwefel — a partner with West Hartford law firm Shipman Shaiken & Schwefel LLC — has been appointed a delegate to the Amer- ican Bar Association's House of Delegates as a bar delegate for the state of Connecticut. The House of Dele- gates serves as the policymaking body of the ABA and is composed of legal professionals from local and state bars from around the country. Schwefel is a litigator representing clients in business, real estate, and employment disputes and serves as a member of the American Arbitra- tion Association's national panel of lawyer neutrals. Avon technology company iCleanse has named a new execu- tive to its board of advisors. Michael Kalman has decades of experience in digital advertising as both a founder and CEO of digital media company MediaCrossing Inc. ICleanse makes chemical-free disinfection stations used in the medical, food, education and other markets. Garrison Hudkins, president of South Windsor-based wholesale auto auction company Southern Auto Auction, has officially been installed as the 2022-2023 term president of the National Auto Auction Association. Brokerage firm Northeast Private Client Group has promoted Robert Paterno to senior associate. He joined the real estate investment sales firm's Connecticut office in 2018. In his new role, Paterno will continue establishing and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on market conditions and underwriting, and facilitating the investment sales process. Avon-based Norcom Mortgage announced that banking and lending industry veteran Mark Allen has joined the company as senior vice president, market manager. In this role, Allen will be responsible for business development and management of Norcom Mortgage's 34 retail branches located throughout the country. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in team manage- ment and recruiting, mortgage and lending services, sales and customer service, and relationship building. Prior to joining Norcom, Allen served as the New England market director for an international financial services group . Eversource Energy has announced that former CEO Jim Judge, currently executive chairman of the board of trustees, will retire from this role effective Dec. 31. As part of the company's long- standing succession plan, Joe Nolan, president and CEO, will become board chairman. Judge served as the executive chairman since May 2021, remaining active in both investor and industry relations after a career at the company that included roles as presi- dent, CEO and CFO. C.
