O ur 2022/2023 goals are focused on maintaining our flexibility and responsiveness to the emergent needs of the community, while also strengthening our internal infrastructure and engaging in strategic planning to ensure sustainability for our robust programming. e strategic planning process is already underway, and we have hired an assistant executive director and a director of operations to lead our internal capacity-building efforts. Grounded in our programmatic focus areas of leadership, wellness and community building, this work will enhance our current programming, guide our continued growth, and increase our community impact. We look forward to sharing our continued community success with all our constituents and supporters.
