recently added healthy sleep to the
checklist of essential factors for a
healthy heart and brain.
Getting the recommended daily amount of sleep helps people manage
other essential health factors such as weight, blood pressure and blood
sugar. The checklist - Life's Essential 8™ - also includes diet, physical
