We are pleased to announce that our expanded facility is set to open early next year. is new footprint will include a 200-person event space as well as a new cafe, teaching studios and a recording studio. This will allow us a greater opportunity to provide expanded programming for our youngest music lovers, our Little Roots, as well as our older learners who enjoy learning new skills in a supportive community and performing in one of our many ensembles. FUNDRAISING EVENTS/ OPPORTUNITIES 317 Main offers a variety of event programming throughout the year, which includes open mic nights, workshop weeks, a weekly farmer's market (seasonal), concerts/festivals and much more. With our renovated, expanded facility opening to the public in 2023 – which will include a new cafe/pub and state- of-the-art performance hall (200-person capacity) – we are excited to deliver an even greater variety of programming in the near future. Sponsorship opportunities at various giving levels are available for many of our events and programs, including the grand opening of our new facility next spring. Her commitment in the amount of $1.5 million has assisted with our sustainable long-term growth and support of our program expansion. MISSION STATEMENT 317 Main is a community-supported organization that uses music as the catalyst to bring people together. Our mission is to encourage creative expression, personal growth and community connection through music. SERVICE LOCATIONS We serve over 1,400 people with weekly programming every year. This includes 900 students who come to our studios in Yarmouth from 40 towns in Maine for lessons, workshops, ensembles, jam sessions, performances and other community events, plus an additional 500 students who participate in free programming through our Partnership Program with schools, libraries and other community organizations in Greater Portland.
