The university sold 1137 Main St., 1125 Main St. and 16 Orchard St. to Bailey's Real Estate LLP. The 1.1-acre property at 1137 Main St. hosts a brick office building used for classroom space and offices. A 7,060-square-foot, brick manufac- turing building built in 1900 sits on the rear of the lot. Orchard Street runs along the north side of the property. On the opposite side, 16 Orchard St. is a 1.2-acre property dominated by parking with a 1,040-square-foot storage building. Bailey's Real Estate LLP lists a Canton address with Trisha Bailey identified as CEO, state records show. Thomaston A 36,578-square-foot retail and office plaza on 7.9 acres close to Route 8 in Thomaston recently sold for $5.6 million. The building at 76 Watertown Road was close to fully leased when it was listed, with tenants including Hartford Hospital, Bentley Systems, H&R Block and 13 others. DLM Services LLC — which bought the property for $985,000 in 2010 46 Schweir Road in South Windsor. Enfield-based Powder Hollow Brewery buys South Windsor industrial building PHOTO | COSTAR An LLC led by the owner of Enfield-based Powder Hollow Brewery, Michael McManus, recently purchased a 19,760-square-foot light indus- trial building in South Windsor. PHB Headquarters LLC paid $800,000 for a 50-year-old building on 1.1 acres at 46 Schweir Road in South Windsor. McManus said he is not yet ready to talk about his plans for the building. Powder Hollow Brewery, which launched in 2014, has locations in Enfield, Middletown and South Deerfield, Mass. and is controlled by Lucille Maslak, who, along with her husband Darryl, recently sold their Thomaston-based Plymouth Glass & Mirror business — sold the Watertown Road property to a collection of business entities in a deal recorded by the town Aug. 15. The buyers include two limited liability companies controlled sepa- rately by Waterbury-based investors Jason Katz and Mayer Behrend. The two other buying limited liability companies — PW Waterbury L.C. and Daniels 1717 LLC — are based in Des Moines, Iowa. The building dates to 1974, when it was used as a film processing center, according to Brian Godin, of Middle- bury-based Godin Property Brokers. The Maslaks spent approximately $5 million renovating and expanding the building in 2018, Godin said. Berlin Lakewood Associates LLC has sold for $7 million a 140,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing building at 128 Old Brickyard Lane in Berlin to Glen Park Capital Partners, an affiliate of major downtown Hartford office landlord Shelbourne Global Solutions. Shelbourne announced the purchase and partial leaseback. "The sale illustrates the high demand for industrial and flexible assets in CT and Shelbourne's continued investment in Connecticut's commercial and industrial assets," the company said. While Lakewood Associates will lease back part of the property, the remainder of the industrial space is 100% leased to various tenants, according to Shelbourne. In early August, Shelbourne announced that its Glen Park affiliate was buying a 57,234-square-foot commercial printing facility, home to Trumbull Printing, at 205 Spring Hill Road in Trumbull. Cromwell A 28,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.3 acres in Cromwell has sold for $3.3 million, according to O,R&L Commercial Real Estate, which brokered the deal. Manufacturer GKN Aerospace Services Structures LLC, a subsidiary of GKN Limited, has occupied the building at 1000 Corporate Row since February 2003 on a long-term lease. Buhl Land East III sold the prop- erty to Pacer Group Holdings LLC. Frank Hird, vice president of O,R&L Commercial, represented the seller.
