Lubelczyk joins the chamber from Notre Dame Academy in Worcester, and before that she was regional marketing manager for Tenet Health New England and Saint Vincent Hospital. A native of Worcester, Lubelczyk received her bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire, and a master's degree with a concentration in marketing from Fitchburg State University. She lives in Worcester with her husband, Tom, and their daughter Olivia. Worcester human services nonprofit Ascentria Care Alliance has announced four new members to its board of directors. MARYBETH CAMPBELL is the executive director of the Worcester Community Action Council. She has more than 20 years of experience in public policy, public education, and project management in the areas of clean energy, education, and economic and workforce development. She holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College and attended Suffolk University Law School. CHARRAN FISHER is founder and CEO of Worcester-based Fisher Contracting Corp. She started her company in 1998 after working part time in a field with different trades where she saw a need for women and minorities in construction. She was named Minority Business Person of the Year for the entire New England region by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2011. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and journalism with a minor in African American studies at UMass Amherst. Dr. BRIAN GIBBS is the inaugural vice president and chief equity, diversity, and inclusion officer at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester. He will establish educational training programs and systems for monitoring culture change, leading to improved, more equitable delivery of health for all patients, especially those in historically disadvantaged communities. Gibbs' career spans the fields of academic medicine and health professions, including public health and occupational therapy. He received his Ph.D. from Brandeis University, where he was a Pew Health Policy Fellow. DEBORA JACKSON is professor of practice and dean of the business school at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jackson has years of experience in nonprofit leadership, including as director of operations at All Girls Allowed, director of lifelong learning at Yale Divinity School, executive director of the Ministers Council of the American Baptist Churches, USA, and senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Needham. She spent 20 years in business, with an emphasis on information technology and software engineering. She received her doctorate in ministry and master's degree in divinity, both with honors, from Andover Newton Theological School, and a master's degree in manufacturing engineering and master's degree in science from WPI. She received her bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University. KIMBERLY LAWN was named vice president – information security officer at Rollstone Bank & Trust in Fitchburg. She succeeded Paula Murphy, who retired after 45 years with the bank. Lawn has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, most recently as assistant vice president of information security at Winchester Savings Bank. DANA WHITELEY has been named senior vice president of business development at MAPFRE USA, a commercial auto writer and home insurer based in Webster. Whiteley, a certified public accountant, has been in leadership roles at MAPFRE since joining the company in 2002, including vice president of internal audit, chief underwriting officer, and, most recently, senior vice president and chief risk officer. In his new role, Whiteley will oversee the company's business development strategy in its Northeast region, exploring new insurance solutions to drive sales and enhance the agent and customer experience. MICHAEL ROY has been hired as senior vice president, chief risk officer at Cornerstone Bank in Worcester, which has 10 locations throughout Central Massachusetts. Roy has more than 25 years of experience in helping financial institutions manage risk and drive financial improvement. In his new role, he will oversee the company's governance and strategy for risk management and compliance, and protect the investments of stakeholders.
