Brandon Pacilio has been instrumental in building out relationships with centers of influence in his area to build a community where ideas and mutual experiences can be shared. He also focuses on the development and education of next-generation young professionals by spearheading internship programs at Clapboard Hill Private Wealth. How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic? CHPW continues to leverage technology in how it interacts with their clients. Many of the in-person meetings with clients are now done virtually and the company has also made a strong push to be a paperless company. CHPW uses various technologies to ensure that client paperwork and communication are done electronically. What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success? I have learned from both my parents to go the extra mile for people and to do the right thing. My dad always says people don't care how much you know but they care that you care. Tell us about your recent accomplishments. In addition to celebrating its 75th year in business, Acme Monaco experienced record-breaking sales in the last fiscal year. The company also developed new state-of-the-art automation technology LIFE TIME ACHIE VE ME NT AWAR D for its manufactured medical device products and new patents for the orthodontic industry. How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic? Our shift during the pandemic focused on production of catheter guidewires, which were needed globally for patients coming off ventilators. By shifting staff from business units to help with this production, we were able to maintain a level workforce with no layoffs during the pandemic. Where do you see your business in the next five years? We are looking to expand our global footprint and continuing to grow in the med-device space with new technology. What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success? Our family has high business ethics and we treat all our team members as if they are family. We also believe in giving back to the community in which we live and work.
