How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic? GM2 immediately executed a plan to have staff work remotely. In doing so, staff members were provided the necessary equipment and furniture, as needed, to work from home in an as ergonomic manner as possible. After the initial six-month period, staff experiencing difficulty working from home were provided private offices to maximize individual safety. How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic? Bauer had a solid backlog with military orders at the start of the pandemic and that book of business has further increased. We employed a digital strategy during the pandemic when in-person meetings were not possible. Factory acceptance demonstrations were conducted virtually using videoconferencing.
