Faunce, an attorney at Berman & Simmons in Lewiston, leads the firm's mass tort practice. [ A C H I E V E M E N T S ] The University of Maine at Augusta said its was been designated as a "Military Friendly" school, achiev- ing gold award status in the "2022-23 Military Friendly" school designation by VIQTORY. Additionally, Southern Maine Community College achieved sil- ver award status as a "2022-23 Military Friendly" school. Allen Insurance and Financial in Camden said that Kellie Doolen obtained her license to sell property and casualty insurance in the state of Maine. Doolen joined the company in 2019 as a scanning associate and receptionist. The Maine Women's Hall of Fame inducted Julia Kahrl and Jessica Meir.
