Even as a greater percentage of the workplace is vaccinated, even as kids return to school, even as offices and businesses reopen, employees are more likely to choose to work from home. How employers shape the hybrid workplace is evolving as we speak. But one thing is becoming clear: the work- place has shifted. The flexibility that employees wanted before the pandemic, they're now demanding. How companies will respond remains to be seen.
