wbjournal.com | February 21, 2022 | Worcester Business Journal 5 Car dealer adds downtown Worcester buildings to portfolio for $5M A property along Worcester's Main Street including two commercial buildings sold for $5 million to an entity registered to Barry Lundgren, the owner of an Auburn-based Honda car dealership. e properties included in the sale were 180, 184, and 174 Main St., according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds. e parcels consist of a five-story, 30,000-square-foot commercial building, a six-story, 26,000-square-foot office, and a parking lot, totaling about $4.9 million in assessed value, according to the City of Worcester. e occupants of the properties include the Worcester Law Library, Oring Investment Group, and a print shop known as AlphaGraphics. Both businesses have executed new leases and will stay, said a representative from Lundgren Equity Partners. e plan is to make small improvements and manage the property as is. e properties were sold by 180 Main Street Associates LLC, registered to Robert and Katherine Oring of Oring Investment Group, and Kenneth Dearden and Raymond Mantyla, Jr. of AlphaGraphics.
