The state of Maine received a total of $683,464 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families' Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Goldenfarb firm buys SoPo office complex RAM Cos., headed by the developer who jump started redevelopment in the Old Port, Howard Goldenfarb, acquired a 74,000-square-foot office complex in South Portland for $11.9 million. e list price was $12.5 mil- lion.
