Movers & Shakers Investment advisory firm Connecticut Wealth Management has promoted three employees to partner: Kailee Ostroski, Megan Trask and Emily Wood. Ostroski joined CTWM in 2016 and is expanding her role in the firm's day-to-day operations. Trask joined CTWM in 2017 and oversees the firm's investment committee. Wood joined CTWM in 2018 and oversees the financial planning department, and her role is growing to include oversight of existing and emerging client services. Leadership Greater Hartford recently announced a promotion, new hire and new board members: ■ Andre Santiago, a 15-year veteran at the nonprofit, has been promoted to vice president and chief program officer. ■ Kati Liss-Hensel was hired as director of business development and philanthropy. Previously she was the major gifts and planned giving manager at Hartford Stage. ■ New board members include: Karen Lott, executive director of the Women's League Child Development Center; Nikoleta McTigue, a partner at accounting and consulting firm CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA); and Chad Turner, president and CEO of GO Agency. Andraya Pulaski Brunau is a litigator who assists clients in intellectual property disputes and complex commercial, tort and probate disputes, as well as appeals. Lynn M. Fountain advises clients on the development, financing, acquisition and divestiture of energy projects and distributed energy resources. Law firm Axinn recently promoted Hartford attorney Matt Murphy to partner. Murphy focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex litigation and has advised companies on litigation involving patents, trade secrets and contract breaches in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, consumer-driven healthcare, payment technologies and lighting industries. West Hartford building technology consultant Environmental Systems Corp. has hired Noelle Bellefleur as human resources manager. Prior to joining ESC, she worked as a human resources manager and supervisor in multiple companies, where her responsibilities included managing compliance with employee guidelines, organizing training programs, and collaborating with leadership to ensure a successful work environment. At ESC, Bellefleur will manage staff development and recruiting, mentoring, cross training, and talent acquisition. Noelle Bellefleur Jodie L. Driscoll Hartford law firm Murtha Cullina LLP has promoted two attorneys to partner and another attorney to counsel. The new partners are: ■ Jodie L. Driscoll, a member of the firm's business and finance department, where she represents clients in commercial real estate, banking, affordable housing and municipal law. ■ Jonathan M. Horne, a member of the firm's litigation department and bankruptcy and creditors' rights group, where he represents businesses, lenders, creditors, trustees and individuals in all aspects of the bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy restructuring and workout process.
