Sheridan Construction Corp. in Fairfield promoted Daniel Wildes to presi- dent. Wildes, who has also assumed ownership of the Sheridan Cos., previ- ously served as senior vice president. Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Association promoted Dawn Nason to assistant vice president, compliance officer and information security officer and Rhonda Sawyer to assistant vice presi- dent and loan officer. InterMed in Portland promoted Stephanie Mills to chief legal and compliance officer. Bergen & Parkinson, a law firm in Saco, promoted Sarah Neault to partner. Neault practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration. Gorham Savings Bank promoted Jane Stack to CFO. Stack was most recently senior vice president, controller. Drummond Woodsum, a law firm in Portland, named Isabel Ekman and Kellie Fisher shareholders and pro- moted Penelope Wheeler-Abbott and Mark Gallagher to senior consultants. Ekman represents school districts on issues including special education and disability law, student rights, student discipline and Title IX issues; Fisher represents secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, debtors, liquidating and litigation trustees, DIP lenders and official and ad hoc committees of creditors and equity holders in many aspects of restruc- turing and insolvency, including litigation; Wheeler-Abbott works with schools and municipalities as a non-lawyer consultant and advocate; and Gallagher is a non-lawyer, senior consultant who advises corporations, nonprofits, advocacy organizations and electoral campaigns on a broad range of energy, regulated substances and health care matters. Kennebec Savings Bank in Augusta promoted Heather Knowles to assis- tant vice president and controller and Jennifer Bechard to assistant vice president and human resources man- aging officer. Franklin Savings Bank in Farmington elected Peter Judkins as chair of its board of directors. Judkins retired as president and CEO of the bank in 2017. The Greater Portland Board of Realtors appointed Julia Bassett Schwerin as its representative on the Maine Association of Realtors board of directors. Schwerin is a broker with Coldwell Banker Reality in Cape Elizabeth. Maine Association of Realtors announced that Madeleine Hill will serve as president of the organiza- tion in 2022.
