not be intimidated. The company will
train, and no manufacturing background is
needed.
Having gone through each department
as part of his own training, learning each
function, he knows every employee isn't
required to perform
precision work,
stamping cutlery
blades into metal.
"We are looking for
people in all depart-
ments, including
employees to open
plastic sleeves and
insert cardboard
hangers with our
logo, for our pizza cutters to hang on retail
displays, for example. Some of it is very
