She began her career with Saint-Gobain as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on capital projects and process improvements across the plant. In 2019, Heather took over the Mixing department and through her leadership, has increased quality and productivity, while also supporting various capital projects in her area. Heather Fiato Position: Production Supervisor II Age: 28 School: Undergrad – West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Grad – University of Massachusetts Years at Company: 7 years Brooke has been working as a production supervisor in Plant 7 for just over one year. Previously, Brooke worked as a manufacturing engineer within the plant. In her current role, Brooke enjoys being involved in a diverse range of responsibilities, from production management, to safety, to quality. Brooke continues to build a strong foundation in industrial manufacturing management and is appreciative for the opportunity to develop skills and feel supported to seek out new challenges. Brooke Lyons Position: Automation Engineer Age: 24 School: Worcester Polytechnic Institute Years at Company: 2 years Eva is an Automation Engineer working with the North America Bonded Abrasives and Superabrasives plants implementing M4.0 using Ignition. This has included developing applications for the plants to use as well as working with the plants to create specifications to send to suppliers. Eva was also selected to be a part of a 2 year prestigious Saint-Gobain engineering development program, which allowed her to collaborate with colleagues across different businesses while also having a direct impact on the plants in various locations. Eva is currently working with the global team in Worcester, MA.
