OTELCO, a fiber-to-the-premise and telephone provider in New Gloucester, hired Robert Musinski as an OSP field technician in Bangor, Adam Turtlott as a desktop support specialist in Bangor, Rebecca Ingalls as a sales support representative in Bangor and Benjamin Cleveland as a senior project manager in New Gloucester. Bar Harbor Bank & Trust hired Kayla Ladabour- Tracy as branch relationship manager in Waterville. Ladabour-Tracy was previ- ously retail account manager at Kennebec Savings Bank.
