QCC and MWCC join the state's 15 other community colleges in requiring the vaccine. e schools said they will thost vaccine clinics and plan to ensure vaccination status is not a barrier to students by offering virtual learning programs. Morgan Stanley buys Nypro warehouse in Devens for $85M A 402,249-square-foot warehouse on Barnum Road in Devens, which houses several manufacturing companies, was sold for $85 million to multinational investment bank Morgan Stanley. It was sold by Maryland-based Artemis Real Estate Partners, which have owned the roughly 21-acre property since 2015. Florida manufacturer Jabil, Inc., formerly known as Nypro, has set up shop in the warehouse, according to its website. Hopedale chocolate store sold to Uxbridge marijuana duo e former home of Hopedale's Green Mountain Chocolate Co., which closed in June, was sold for $1.7 million to cannabis entrepreneurs Timothy Phillips and Kevin MacConnell. Mass. unemployment rises for the first time in pandemic Massachusetts' unemployment rate increased to 5% in August, a 0.1 percentage point jump marking the first uptick in state unemployment since the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic began to be felt in the state, according to the Sept. 17 report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
