and building on past successes, we've
set a bold path forward.
With your support by 2030 MOFGA will:
Increase the number of MOFGA-
certified organic producers by 50%
— from 500 to 750 operations.
Double Maine's organic acreage
from 65,000 to 130,000.
Increase the number of annual
participants in skills-based training
on sustainable living from 5,000
to 13,000.
Increase consumer access to local,
organic Maine products.
Bolster partnerships throughout the
food system to improve food security
and access to organic food.
Pass transformative legislation to
address climate change, reduce toxic
chemicals and promote viability of
organic agriculture at the state and
federal levels.
