VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Maine Medical Center volunteers provide helping hands and caring words to patients and family members throughout the hos- pital. Our dedicated volunteers extend and supplement the services provided by hos- pital staff. Many businesses have partnered with us during this critical time to provide meals for frontline caregivers and to staff vaccination clinics. Maine Medical Center is fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers who serve on our Community Ambassador Council. An Ambassador's primary role is to assist Maine Medical Center with the important task of community relations. From helping to inform and educate the public on health care programs and strate- gic priorities, to building relationships with potential partners and supporters, Ambas- sadors are essential in Maine Medical Cen- ter's efforts to engage its community.
