called Town Square, breaks ground.
Northland Investment Corp.'s Chairman
and CEO Larry Gottesdiener noted,
"Hartford 21 will replace the bunker like
Civic Center Mall and help transform
Hartford into a daytime, nighttime,
anytime destination."
