She parted ways with CVS Health as a financial analyst after 10 years to pursue her personal business endeavors, founding her company in 2012 after graduating from Albertus Magnus. HMH has several divisions: real estate investment, home construction and a women's salon boutique. Chapman produces over $275,000 in annual sales and has opened a second location. Charla Stetson began her career at Windsor Locks FCU as a teller and was promoted to member services manager after one year. She served the credit union as VP of operations and member services prior to her promotion to CEO in 2018. Together with the COO and Board of Directors, she oversees all credit union operations, provides strategic planning, ensures regulatory compliance and performs ongoing training and personnel management. My greatest accomplishment so far in my career has been successfully leading the company through the COVID-19 pandemic. Under my leadership, the credit union retained all existing employees, grew its membership by 3% and provided PPP loans without a third-party processor to assist its small business members.
