55 HARTFORDBUSINESS.COM | AUGUST 23, 2021 Tyler Booth Q: What is your biggest professional accomplishment since receiving this award? I am most proud of the dedicated staff of InterCommunity Health Care. Together, over the last nine years, InterCommunity has added primary care and addiction recovery services and become Connecticut's only dual Federally Qualified Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. We have increased clients served by more than ten times and become the longest running healthcare agency to be named by its staff a top workplace. Year Won: 2012 Current Title: Vice President and COO Company: InterCommunity Health Care Current Age: 46 40 Brandon Dufour Q: What did the 40 Under Forty award mean to you? I was incredibly honored to be a part of 40 Under 40 and believe that it helped grow my confidence. Sometimes, youth can be a blocker, but I learned that confidence goes way further than age. I'm proud of my continued growth as a business leader and the organization's ongoing success. The award was not a stopping point for me, but a launch pad. I'm so grateful. Year Won: 2013 Current Title: Founder/CEO Company: The Next Street Current Age: 37 40 Kate Terricciano Year Won: 2011 Current Title: President Company: Image Marketing Current Age: 37 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 Q: What is your biggest professional accomplishment since receiving this award? I n 2011, social media management mostly included just posting to Facebook and seeing what your friends ate for dinner last night. And now, social media dominates most of what we do at Image Marketing. I've been fortunate enough to work with some of the largest retail properties throughout the country and am proud of the work we do for our clients every single day. We've grown exponentially and now work for shopping malls in over 30 states — all from our little offi ce in Southington. We've launched our own TV show, won numerous awards and expanded our team consistently year after year. I love building relationships with our clients and am really excited when one introduces me as a friend instead of an agency. But the biggest accomplishment I've achieved since winning this award in 2011 was earning the title of working mom. No two days are the same and most days, the juggling act is an art form more than a skill. But I wouldn't change it for the world! WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
