Described as having a certain charisma making every day accomplishments seem like milestones, Sricharoenchaikit is not only a leader in the office, but in her personal life as well. Since the age of 15, she has been active in Venture Crew 100, an affiliate of the Boy Scout of America which encourages youth to develop leadership skills. She fundraises with the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce through the Community Harvest Project and serves as an executive committee member for the Worcester Estate Planning Council.
