BankofAmerica is helping to meet the need for more affordable housing in
neighborhoods across the country. Through Community Development Banking,
we're deepening our commitment to create more communities for people to
call home.
In 2020, we committed $5.87 billion for affordable housing and economic
development financing, resulting in over 13,000 housing units for people and
families in need — many of which were constructed by diverse developers.
In addition, we're joining Enterprise Community Partners to invest $60 million
in capital to support minority developers and their work to build inclusive
communities.
