family buyers come
from in 2020?
The breakdown by state
e have seen the moving vans coming into our neighborhoods, but where
are all of Maine's home buyers coming from? Most are still coming from
elsewhere in Maine. But we're seeing a larger share from out of state, start-
ing with Massachusetts and some other New England states. But Maine's new
residents are also coming in surprising numbers from warm weather states like
California, Texas and Florida.
