M aine's median home price hit $276,000 in the spring, and continued to rise. Here's a snapshot of what was available at that price in six different areas of Maine. Spoiler alert: nearly every property was under agreement within a week of the listing. Average listing times dropped from two weeks to under a week. There already was a lack of inventory combined with demand, but out-of-state buyers now make up a greater share of home buyers.
