Bar Harbor Bank & Trust pledged $25,000 to support the Charles M. Sumner Learning Campus, the new Regional School Unit 24 public school under construction in Sullivan. Jasper Wyman & Son in Milbridge announced that it acquired the wild blueberry assets of Ellsworth-based Allen's Blueberry Freezer, which in- cludes 2,800 acres of wild blueberry land, substantial freezing capacity and more than 50,000 square feet of cold storage. Kennebec Savings Bank in Augusta awarded a total of $50,000 in grants to seven community organizations through- out its service area. The awards were made after the bank received a com- petitive grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston's Jobs for New England Recovery Grant program.
