EforAll Rachel Lopez, president of the Fitchburg human resources out- sourcing company Resource Management, Inc. has been elect- ed as chair of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Lopez is the first Latina to become the board chair of the 37-year-old chamber, said President & CEO Roy Nascimento. The decision was shared with the chamber at its annual meeting on June 10. The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce is the second largest chamber in Central Massachusetts and is the only one with its own lending division, the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp.
