PDS was selected as the design/build contractor
by NEFCO to complete a 3 story 30,000 square
foot addition. The new building is complete with
a two-story connector adjoining the new addition
with the existing building. Tailored to the client's
needs, each fl oor was designed to utilize space
for a mixed use of operations. This is the third
project PDS has completed for NEFCO.
