Health and benefits advisor OneDigital has hired Rachel MacDonald as a local business development executive. With over 23 years of industry experience, most recently as a senior Dime Bank has hired Gerald Tavernier as vice president, senior commercial lender serving the Greater Hartford market. Tavernier joins Dime Bank from People's United Bank where he most recently held the role of commercial banking officer since 2007. Webster Bank has named Nick Weaver its new senior vice president, regional manager, middle market banking.
