Maine Community Foundation in Ellsworth appointed Gregg Collins to chair and Adi- lah Muhammad to vice-chair of its board of directors. Collins is vice president of S.W. Collins Co. while Muhammad is president and founder of The Third Place in Portland and is an independent plan- ning and research consultant. In addi- tion, the foundation added Julie Mallett, Claude Rwaganje and Ben Sprague to its board. Mallett is an attorney for Legal Services for the Elderly in Bangor, Rwa- ganje is founder and executive director of ProsperityME in Portland and Sprague is vice president at First National Bank in Bangor. In addition, the firm said it was the only firm in Maine to receive "Band One" rankings, the highest recognition available, for its commercial litigation and envi- ronmental law practices, and the only firm in Maine to be ranked No. 1 one in seven different practices. e firm also announced that partner Kyle Glover will be teaching a course on multiparty negotiation, group decision making and teams at Georgetown Law. e Association of Nature Center Administrators selected Drew Dumsch as the recipient of the "2021 ANCA Nature Center Leadership Award." Dumsch is president and CEO of The Ecology School in Saco. Geiger, a promotional products distribu- tor in Lewiston, was named to PPB Magazine's "2021 Greatest Companies to Work For" list.
