The nonprofit has an adoption center in East Brookfield, with veterinary hospitals in Worcester, North Brookfield and Springfield. The drive collected more than 730 items, including more than 200 pounds of dry pet food. Intern accolades Andrew Gorey, a Sturbridge resident and an intern with The Capstone Group and a Merrimack College student in North Andover, finished second at the Quinnipiac Global Asset Management Education (GAME) Forum, creating and presenting a portfolio with his team. The largest student-run financial conference in the world, GAME features students from 150 colleges and universities.
