S U S T A I N A B I L I T Y Initiatives include: Transportation: Remote work opportunities reduce traffic, emissions, and fuel consumption. An electric vehicle charging station is available at our office. Recycling: We recycle all toner/ink cartridges, lightbulbs, electronics, and batteries and encourage employees to bring similar items from home to be recycled with our materials. Energy Conservation: LED lighting with motion sensors to turn off lights in unoccupied areas. Programmable thermostats and low water consumption fixtures are used throughout our facilities. I had the opportunity to be a team leader, with 5-6 people on a team. As a team leader, you coordinate projects, answer to higher ups and get it done. Now I'm the one managing.
