This occupied project entailed an extensive freezer cooler system for all refrigerated food items. The project also included new offices, several overhead doors, drywall, ceilings, doors & hardware, steel, concrete, painting, and flooring. PDS completed this project on time and within budget. SPOTLIGHT ON: INDUSTRIAL Movers & Shakers The Harriet Beecher Stowe Center's Executive Director Briann Greenfield has left her position for a job at the National Endowment for the Humanities. Greenfield, who led the historic house museum since June 2018, will become director of the division of preservation and access at the NEH, an independent federal agency that supports research and education programs in the humanities. Her last day was May 11. The museum is conducting a national search for a permanent replacement. Thomas A. Kennedy, the chairman of Raytheon Technologies and a key player in the formation of the company one year ago, will retire June 1, clearing the way for CEO Gregory Hayes to step into the role. Hayes will hold the chairman title while continuing to serve as chief executive officer. Katy O'Leary has joined Hartford Seminary, a non- denominational theological college, as director of executive and professional education, responsible for developing and growing programs responding to a growing demand for interreligious understanding. O'Leary previously worked for Southington-based nonprofit LiveWell, where she led a community initiative to designate Southington a dementia-friendly community. Cyndi Zoldy has been named executive director of the Manufacturers Alliance Service Corp., a Waterbury-based post- secondary education school focused on manufacturing training. Zoldy previously served as executive director of the Smaller Manufacturers' Association of Connecticut, an industry association that advocates for small manufacturing companies in the state. Nicole Porter has been appointed to the board of directors of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, a community foundation for Hartford and 28 surrounding communities. Porter recently served as operations manager for athletics for Hartford Public Schools, where she led operations for athletics programs. Heather Piteo has joined New York-based NBT Bank's West Hartford office as vice president and cash management sales representative. Piteo has more than 20 years of financial industry experience, including her most recent role as treasury management sales officer for People's United Bank in Hartford. Tommy Shaw has joined Avon- based marketing agency Adams & Knight in the newly created role of vice president of media and analytics. Shaw previously served as director of digital strategy and planning at Stamford-based MNI Media. In his role at Adams & Knight, he will oversee the agency's growing paid media planning, buying and analytics team. Michael Lewis has joined the Hartford office of FordHarrison LLP, a management- side labor and employment law firm headquartered in New York, as an associate. Lewis previously worked as an associate at a Massachusetts-based plaintiff-side law firm where he specialized in civil litigation, white collar crimes, and business law. At FordHarrison he will represent management clients in issues related to labor and employment law. Andi Campbell was hired as chief growth officer at WellSpark Health, a Farmington company that designs employee wellness programs for corporations. Campbell previously served as senior vice president, head of people and culture, at Hartford-based LAZ Parking.
