Dhalac is the family engagement and cultural respon- siveness specialist for Maine Department of Education and is co-founder of Cross- Cultural Community Services; Morales is executive director of Quality Housing Coalition; Palminteri is vice president of the Mercy medical staff, medical direc- tor of critical care services at Mercy Hospi- tal and the leader of the hospital's critical care committee; and Carey is a member of the Sisters of Mercy and is a facilita- tor and organizational consultant.
