Hearts for heat
North Brookfield Savings Bank made its annual $2,000 donation to North
Brookfield Hearts of Heat, which helps fixed-income residents with fuel
payments, including for oil, gas and wood. The bank additionally held a hat,
coat and mitten drive to benefit the nonprofit, which mainly serves the elderly,
disabled, unemployed and underemployed. Pictured is Michelle Petraitis of the
North Brookfield Chapter of Hearts for Heat, with items from the bank's drive.
