Dinshaw replaces Christopher M. Lewis, who will continue as a director of IFG. Dinshaw will report to Robert Linton, chairman of IFG's parent company. Prior to his most recent role at Travelers, Dinshaw served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, including senior vice president and chief operating officer of personal lines. He started his career at Allstate Insurance Co. where he served in a number of product, pricing and field management roles. Minnesota- based IT and management consulting firm ThreeBridge Solutions has hired Sasha DeMarino as its first client engagement director in the Hartford area. DeMarino has over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, software and investment accounting and education. She's leading the firm's entry into the Hartford market. ThreeBridge has over 150 clients across eight markets and provides IT and management advice to Fortune 500 companies. Darcy Smith has joined the Connecticut operation of employee benefits firm OneDigital as a financial benefits consultant. With over 20 years of experience in the Connecticut insurance industry, she will help provide technical support to customers by turning data into strategic insights to actively manage plan costs. Newington-based WMC Consulting Engineers announced that Keegan Elder has joined the firm's ownership group and is now a full partner. Elder holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut and a master's in engineering from the University of Hartford as well as a Connecticut professional engineering license. Elder also holds the title of vice president responsible for the oversight of the firm's design and construction staff, project development and coordination with clients and various federal and state agencies. Elder has over 20 years of experience in highway and bridge design and construction management. Stacy Farber and Neha Nathwani have been named principals at accounting and consulting firm UHY Advisors. Farber works with clients to address their audit needs and Nathwani advises clients in regard to tax issues. Both provide business planning and advisory services to middle-market clients in the firm's Northeast region. Farber brings over two decades of financial leadership and auditing experience and is the practice leader for the UHY employee benefit plan audit practice for the Northeast. Nathwani has a decade of tax experience in the accounting profession and provides tax preparation services to businesses and individuals with a concentration in dental and physician groups, including multi-specialty practices. Cox Communications has promoted Anthony Barone to vice president of field operations for the company's Northeast region. In his new role, Barone will be responsible for assuring the quality performance of the installation and technical services of all Cox products and lead the company's field services and plant maintenance teams. Barone has worked for Cox in various roles over a 20-plus year career. He joined Cox as a field service technician, and for the past seven years has served as a director, first of field systems and then field operations in Connecticut and Ohio. The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute has named Dr. Niamey Wilson associate director of its breast program. She will assist Dr. Patricia DeFusco, program medical director, in advancing comprehensive, patient- centered, evidence-based breast care. The role expands Wilson's current work as the Cancer Institute's director of breast surgery quality and research and breast surgery division leader with the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. Wilson earned a medical degree at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed a general surgery residency and advanced fellowship training in breast surgical oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of multiple other surgical societies.
