Anderson was part of Worcester Business Journal's Power 50 list in 2019 and was Worcester Magazine's Person of the Year in 2016. Anderson has a Bachelor of Arts in political science from College of the Holy Cross and will be completing a Master of Public Administration in senior leadership from Clark University this spring. DANI BABINEAU, CEO, Redemption Rock Brewing Co Dani Babineau is Co-founder & CEO of Redemption Rock Brewery, a small craft brewery taproom and cafe that opened in January of 2019 in Worcester, MA. It is the second Certified Benefit Corporation (B Corp) in Worcester and the first brewery. Besides beer and small business, Dani is passionate about her community, women's leadership and empowerment, and innovation in strategy and human resources design. Babineau has an MBA from Babson College and is Certified Cicerone ® . LAURA MAROTTA, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Creative Hub Worcester Laura Marotta is the Co-founder and Executive Di- rector of the non-profit arts community center Creative Hub Worcester. Creative Hub Worcester provides equi- table and accessible artistic and creative opportunities in the Arts for all Central Massachusetts community members through classes, events, incubator space, public art, and more. We believe that art heals and that art changes lives. Prior to the Creative Hub, Laura was an elementary art educator in the Worcester public school system and has written and been awarded several grants from the MCC to fund visiting artists to create large- scale community artworks in the North Shore. Ms. Marotta previously worked at both Diamond Newman Fine Arts as well as Newbury Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts as a fine arts sales consultant. Laura is currently the President of the Massachusetts Art Education Association. She holds a Masters in Arts of Teaching (Art Education) from Tufts University and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts. In 2008, Marotta graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in paint- ing with minors in both art history and photography. STEPHANIE RAMEY, President, Worcester Railers HC Stephanie Ramey was named president of the Worcester Railers HC on May 11, 2020, bringing with her more than fifteen years of sales, marketing and business experience. Ramey is a tremendous supporter of the City of Worcester and has been a key-player in the economic development of the region. Prior to her work with the Railers, she served as the Executive Director of Discover Central Massachusetts. Under her leadership, the tourism bureau launched a variety of comprehensive marketing campaigns promoting the Central Mass. region as a premiere event and leisure destination. Ramey has been an active contributor to the Worcester Economic Development Coordinating Council and has been involved in the creation and execution of the city's cultural plan. As president of the Railers, Ramey oversees all sales, financial re- porting and marketing with a focus on developing the Railers brand and business in central Massachusetts. Stephanie graduated from Worcester State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. TROY SIEBELS, President & CEO, The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts Troy Siebels serves as President & CEO of The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts, which presents more than 180 performances to audiences of more than 200,000 annually, and is a key driver of Worcester's downtown renaissance. During the pandemic, the conservatory has continued to operate, serving more than 500 students in hybrid in-person and online classes; and presenting virtual student matinees to public schools in the region. Troy serves on the boards of directors of the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District, Discover Central Massachusetts, Worcester Cultural Coalition and MassCreative, and has been appointed to the Massachusetts Cultural Council by Governors Patrick and Baker. Troy's directing credits include his own critically-acclaimed adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.
