He then served as Chief Human Resource Officer for several organizations which through acquisitions eventually became American Blue Ribbon Holdings, parent company of 7 brands with 800 restaurants, 34,000 employees and $1.7B in sales. Since 2013, he has been President & CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, representing the best interests of the food and beverage industry across the state. There are over 16,000 locations and the industry employs over 300,000 directly in those establishments within Massachusetts. Travis McCready, Executive Director and National Practice Leader, Life Sciences Markets, JLL Travis McCready is an Executive Managing Director and national leader of JLL's Life Sciences industry practice. He serves as a trusted advisor to JLL clients in the rapidly evolving Life Sciences sector, which includes biotech, pharma and medical devices. A lawyer by training, Travis has served as a strategic advisor to early stage health-tech startup companies and is the former President & CEO of the $1.6 billion life sciences funding agency Massachusetts Life Sciences Center. He has spoken publicly on international life sciences ecosystem development in Canada, Chile and the Netherlands. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Travis received his B.A. from Yale University, and J.D. from the University of Iowa. John Regan, President & CEO, AIM Joined AIM in December of 2000. President and Chief Executive Officer of Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) May 2019 after leading the organization's government affairs operation for 18 years. Mr. Regan leads a statewide association of 3,500 employers that provides advocacy, community and resources as a strategy to create success, well-being, growth, equity and prosperity. Before joining AIM, John served as Executive Vice President for Operations at MassDevelopment, the state's economic development agency, where he interacted with many AIM members on specific projects. John is a member of the Workers Compensation Advisory Committee and the Rating and Inspection Bureau.
