Jobs in nursing and residential care facilities and home health care have plunged by 9.4%, almost double the national average. Physician offices and outpatient care centers have shown bigger drops than average. Hospitals, on the other hand, have had a drop of 0.7%, about one-third of the national average. ose job losses come as long-term care facilities have borne the brunt of the pandemic with more than 60% of the state's 10,000-plus coronavirus deaths. Notre Dame coach names Assumption stadium For the past decade, Brian Kelly has coached one of the most famous teams in sports: Notre Dame football. It was at his alma mater, Assumption University in Worcester, where Kelly first made a name for himself. Kelly, a 1983 graduate, was a middle linebacker for Assumption's football team and was recognized with all-conference honors in the New England Collegiate Football Conference and set a school record for tackles. Aer graduation, he served as the team's defensive coordinator and was head coach of the soball team. Now, his name will grace Assumption's renovated multi-sport stadium. e stadium will be known as Brian Kelly '83 Stadium, a recognition of contributions from Kelly and his wife, Paqui, to build Assumption's football program.
