Yonkers is a professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine in Connecticut, where she also holds appointments in the department of obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive medicine and in the School of Epidemiology and Public Health. She has also directed the Center for Wellbeing of Women and Mothers at Yale since 2000. Yonkers is a graduate of Amherst College and the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, completed her residency training in psychiatry at McLean Hospital in Belmont, and completed a fellowship in neuroscience at Harvard Medical School in Boston. LAUREN PELLETT of Norwich, Conn., has been promoted to unit manager at the Odd Fellows Home, a care facility in Worcester. Dr. DOUGLAS JONES, a vascular surgeon, has joined Milford Regional Medical Center and is seeing patients at UMass Memorial Surgery at Milford. Jones has a medical degree from Dartmouth College, was a chief resident at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill-Cornell Medical Center, and completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. JILL WARDLE of Charlton has been appointed assistant vice president for cash management at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester. In her role, Wardle promotes commercial deposit and cash management products. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, and worked most recently at People's United Bank of Connecticut, where as vice president of cash management, she was responsible for managing small business, nonprofit and middle-market clients throughout the Northeast. CHERYL ORNE of North Brookfield has been promoted by North Brookfield Savings Bank to deposit operations manager, with responsibilities that include overseeing day-to-day functions of the operations department and working with the bank's senior vice president of retail banking and retail staff to create efficiencies between departments. Orne most recently served as the bank's branch operations manager. S&G, a Worcester certified public accounting and business development firm, has promoted SAMANTHA JEPSON and ERIC THANAS to supervisor. Jepson, a certified public accountant, joined S&G in 2014 as a team accountant and is responsible for managing client accounts by providing tax, accounting, and management advisory services. She earned her MBA and bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Worcester State University. Thanas, of Auburn, joined S&G in 2015 working as a senior accountant. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Assumption University in Worcester. Dr. ADITI AHLAWAT has joined Milford Regional Physician Group's neurology department at its Hill Building at 14 Prospect St. in Milford. Ahlawat joins Milford Regional from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where she completed her residency and a fellowship in clinical neurology. She studied biology at Brandeis University in Waltham and earned her medical degree at UMass Medical School in Worcester. As a student, she was awarded the Medical Student Prize for Excellence by the American Academy of Neurology for her research on penetrating traumatic brain injuries and the 2014 New England Case Report of the Year for her research on POEMS syndrome, a rare disease affecting multiple organ systems. BRIAN R. FALK of Milford has been named a partner at the Worcester law firm Mirick O'Connell.
