We specialize in precision welding for civil and military aerospace,
defense and other specialized industries. We even have components on the
International Space Station, including other mission platforms. One of the largest
certified welding shops in the Northeast, we can turn parts around quickly, with the
attention and expertise they deserve. In 2019, we welded over 120,000 parts.
We provide our precision welding services to
Boeing, Bell Helicopter, Collins Aerospace, GE Aviation, Raytheon Technologies,
Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Sikorsky, and many other valued clients.
Lynn Welding is always filled with
opportunities as we look to fill roles such as manufacturing engineers, drivers,
inspectors and administrative assistants, to name a few.
In an agreement with Central Connecticut State
University, we have hired many interns and graduates. Some have stayed for years;
one of our production managers began here as an intern!

garage. The company is now one of

all over New England. Capable of cutting up to 11 inches in
thickness, the process produces superior edge quality, while
resulting in no thermal damage or distortion.
ICS serves aerospace and
defense markets. Our waterjet cutting services have applications
in almost every industry, including automotive, architecture,
energy, oil and gas, and transportation.
ICS is looking for an
entry-level waterjet operator, with more positions becoming
available as our company grows.
