From the Editor T here's probably no harder time to run a business or nonprofit than when the world around you is swirling with chaos and uncertainty. is year has shown that few businesses are immune from the effects of the pandemic. In some cases, manufacturers that could pivot swiftly have prospered. Companies with cash reserves have been able to ride out extended periods of being shut down. Others have been able to get federal CARES Act assistance to keep employees on the payroll. Still others have seamlessly been able to adapt to remote work.
