Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty, City Manager Edward Augustus, Table Talk President Harry Kokkinis, and developer James Chacharone were among those in attendance. Upon completion, next June, the 95-year-old Worcester company will relocate from Kelley Square. Table Talk will lease the 135,000-square-foot building from Worcester developer Chacharone Properties. It's simple: We live here, too. For 150 years we've been serving this local community that we call home. From our humble beginnings we've grown to be one of the largest nancial institutions in Cen- tral Massachusetts. We like to think we owe our success to our philosophy of contributing locally.
