She earned her J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law, and she is nationally recognized for her scholarship in family, gender, and sexuality law, with a focus on LGBTQ+ legal issues. Duane Rudolph Associate Professor Prof. Rudolph served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen, China. His research has focused on remedies, and labor, property, and water law. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and both his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Cornell University. Gregory Bordelon Director of Academic Success & Associate Professor Prof. Bordelon comes to Maine from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a Professor of Practice and the Director of Bar Success. He earned his J.D. degree from the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He has extensive experience in designing bar examination preparation and bar admissions matters, and researches in the field of legal learning theory and testing psychometrics. Scott Bloomberg Associate Professor Previously, Prof. Bloomberg was an attorney at Foley Hoag in Boston, where he maintained a diverse practice. He brings expertise on privacy law, cannabis law, and constitutional law. He clerked for federal district and circuit court judges, including for the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez (1st Cir.) here in Maine. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Laura Underkuffler Visiting Professor Prof. Underkuffler is the J. DuPratt White Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, where she teaches courses in property, land use, and federal courts. She earned her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law, and both her LL.M. and J.S.D. degrees from Yale Law School. She has written extensively on property law and she will teach Advanced Topics on Property Theory.
